The rich pastures of Gippsland gives an unmistakable vibrant yellow tone, and the traditional small batch techniques ensure an amazing clean flavour and silky texture. The cream is allowed to ferment for 24 hours with beautiful European cultures then allow the cream to crystallise before churning slowly in small batch.
