marimekko polku ruutukukka dress pink dark green
The Polku dress is made of a viscose blend crepe in the Ruutukukka pattern. The dress has a raised collar with a metal zipper closure in the front and raglan sleeves. The hem has a slight A-line shape and gathers at the vertical seam. The dress comes with a separate D-ring belt.
When designing the Ruutukukka (checked flower) print, Satu Maaranen first composed the pattern by arranging fresh carnations on the floor and then painted the flowers on cardboard with swift, relaxed brushstrokes
