In 1959, Kristian Vedel designed a small family of wooden birds, which quickly caught the attention of the public and became one of the most successful danish wooden products from the 1960s. The head can be positioned to create a whole range of expressions- happy, sad, curious etc. The bodies can also be turned upside down making the bird either a male or female. Handmade from natural or smoked oak, these little birdies make the perfect gift!
