PAINTER, SCULPTOR AND GRAPHIC DESIGNER
Olle Bonnier belongs to the abstract art movement in Sweden and discovered
its principles both in theory and in his art.
Initially most of his paintings were composed in strong colours but
later shifted towards more contrast, mostly black and white.
His art was non-figurative as he was more interested in the relation
between colours and shapes.
Olle Bonnier contributed with two designs in this exhibition, “Positive
and Negative” and “Raxt”. Raxt is printed here on thick
cotton in black, grey and light beige. |
