All purchases made within Australia are posted with Australia Post. Allow 2 - 4 business days for your parcel to arrive. If you have any questions or are wishing to track your parcel you can email us or contact us on 02 9365 0753. If we are out of stock at that time we will contact you via email as soon as we are notified of your payment. Please ensure that your paypal email is upto date as we will contact you on this email.

With all purchases made within Australia shipping is included in the final price at the checkout. We are more than happy to ship internationally though there may be extra shipping charges depending on the weight and destination. International shipping is done through Australia Post.

 
 

returns

Funkis is happy to offer our customers an exchange or credit note. If you are wanting to exchange your clogs you must contact us within a week of receiving them on office@funkis.com or 02 9365 0573. The item must be in perfect condition and postage must be covered by the customer. Please include in your return parcel a 3kg express post bag. If you are mailing back an item please include a note so we know who it has come from and what you would like to do.

We only refund for faulty items. If you believe your item to be faulty please contact us straight away. If you have any questions regarding returns please do not hesitate to contact us.
